Heat Exchangers

We supply a wide range of heat exchangers in a variety of materials including Carbon steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex and Super Duplex. Tube materials again range from Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel through to exotics such as Titanium and Hastelloy.

Our design teams offer the following services:

  • Process calculation (thermal and flow), strength calculation, technical workshop documentation, technical advisory and consulting.
  • Manufacturing accreditations include ASME, TUV, GOST R, UDT, LLOYD’S and SLV.
  • Quality Assurance System ISO 9001:2002.
  • Technical documentation to the following codes and standards: EN13445, WUDT 2003, AD 2000 Code, ASME, TEMA R, C and API 661. Equipment delivered into the EC market corresponds with PED 97/23/EC.

Power Industry

Helically baffled exchangers

Helically baffled exchangers are the latest in shell and tube exchanger design configuration, in which baffles are put along the screw line. Each baffle segment occupies about one quadrant of the cross section. Such a construction creates a medium continuous pluq in the intertube space.

HELIXCHANGERS applications include refineries, petrochemical and power industry as well as in the offshore platforms.

Such exchangers are best suited to applications in which the heat transfer coefficient plays a determining role, or where pressure drop or fouling reduction are important.

Compared to the conventional solution, where baffles are placed perpendicularly to the exchanger axis, heat exchangers with helical baffles offer the following advantages:

Vessel Process Apparatus

Allteko supply vessel type process equipment, which is designed and manufactured with ASME U-stamp, TÜV and UDT approvals and we supply equipment built to meet individual customer's specifications.


In many process operations the removal of entrained material in vapour flows is essential. Allteko provide a wide range of mist eliminator and/or demister units suitable for any application.

The Mist Eliminating products that we are able to provide rely upon the high quality, versatile, knitted mesh threaded with a vast range of materials, typically including:

  • Stainless Steel: Grades AISI 302, 304, 316L, 321, 309, 314, 310S
  • Super Alloys: Inconel 601, Incoloy DS, Hastaloy, Carpenter 20, Monel
  • Fibrous Filament: ‘E’ Glass, ‘S’ Glass, ‘A’ Glass, Basalt, Ceramic, Silica, Kevlar (para-aramid)
